Melinda Garza, a native of Mississippi relocated to the Outer Banks in 2000 with her husband Steve and children Jordyn and Hunter. Melinda joined CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant and became a Sales Associate in 2003. A resident of Manteo, Melinda is active in her community. She serves as a booster for youth sports programs, was the Treasurer of the Manteo Elementary School PTA for 2 years, and participates in various other activities in Manteo and around the Outer Banks. In her spare time she enjoys boating activities with her family, fishing, and reading.
