Following early retirement from corporate life, John became a REALTOR® in 1984. Over the course of more than 20 years he has been helping people to know about and to enjoy owning, and selling, Outer Banks real estate. He has served on the Town of Duck Planning Board giving him a strong knowledge base of townships' ordinances, coastal management regulations and how to get answers for his clients about properties in various Outer Banks and nearby coastal areas. John is a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and offers clients a level of of coastal real estate experience few practicing REALTORS® possess.
